SECURE-SITTER fees are straight-forward, uncomplicated, and all-inclusive.

Overnight means a sit including midnight and up to 24-hours, no matter the start time eg 7am to next day 7am,

6pm - 7am. Any extra time over the 24hours is then charged at £10 per hour.

I look at it as your pet who is your cherished family member deserves the very best and someone who values your family member's contribution to your home. That is me of course.

When you compare to what is generally charged per hour to walk a dog, or for Kennelling and for a Cattery per night, you can see SecureSitter is good value for money.

FLEXIBLE SERVICE CHOICES TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS.

1) 60 or 90 MINUTE DROP-IN SERVICE - Attend your address. Feed, change water, litter clean and change. Keep your pet(s) company for up to ninety (90) minutes per visit. Ideal for multiple pets. Dog walking (90 min). May be at any time during the day, evening. Not Overnight Sit. Should you opt for 90 Minute Drop-In I am happy to make two (2) 45 minute same day visits. Check Fee.

2) OVERNIGHT - DOGS. See Overnight Fees Include below for what is included in full premium service.

3) OVERNIGHT - CATS. See Overnight Fees included below for what is included in full premium service.

4) OVERNIGHT - Other Pets. See Overnight Fees included below for what is included.

6) HOUSE SIT ONLY - Furnished or Empty. No Pets. As per overnight fees below.

7) HALF-DAY SITS - Ideal for waiting in for deliveries, overseeing trades people.

30-60-MINUTES DROP-IN Up to two (2) pets. Feed, change litter, play, pics. No Walking. Not Overnight = £15:00 GBP per visit.

90-MINUTES+ DROP-IN Includes Dog Walking. Up to two (2) pets = £30:00 GBP

OVERNIGHT (24hrs) - I stay in your home - One (1) DOG = £50:00 GBP per night - (£2.50p per hour includes 2 walks)

OVERNIGHT (24hrs) - I stay in your home - Two (2) DOGS = £70:00 GBP per night - (£2:90p ph includes 2 walks)

OVERNIGHT (24hrs) - I stay in your home - One (1) CAT = £25:00 GBP per night - (£1:05p ph)

OVERNIGHT (24hrs) - I stay in your home - Two (2) CATS = £30:00 GBP per night - (£1:25p ph)

OVERNIGHT (24hrs) - I stay in your home - Other Pets (Reptiles/Rabbits etc) =£30:00 GBP per night

HOUSE SIT ONLY - EMPTY PROPERTY - £60:00 per night Ideal for House Sales, Probate. Minimum of 4 hours. or, Drop-In during day and night. £20:00 per visit.

DAYTIME SIT WITH YOUR PET

- Ideal for puppies requiring reinforcement and toilet training, or just to keep company. Minimum charge 4 hours. Not Overnight - £15:00 - £25:00 per hour.

DOG WALKING - Includes poo bags, photos and treats

- SMALL to MEDIUM DOG - £15:00 per hour - per dog

- LARGE to GIANT DOG - £20:00 per hour - per dog

ALL-INCLUSIVE OF TRAVEL - However, where Resident Visitor Parking Permits are required in areas with parking restrictions, These vouchers must be organised by the client in

advance.

TRAVEL OUTSIDE GREATER LONDON POSTAL CODE

PET / HOUSE SITS

- For overseas clients eg United States of America, Caribbean islands, Italy, UAE, France etc a choice is given to cover, either my discounted fare via British Airways, or to pay only Pet/House Sitting Fee.

OVERNIGHT - Minimum 4 hours - PREMIUM SERVICE FEES MAY INCLUDE

- Residing in your property overnight ie. up to and including mid-night

- Providing experienced property security

- Walking your dog(s) once to three times per day

- Cleaning when appropriate

- Collecting post and taking photos of front/back and messaging them to you

- Watering plants

- Mowing lawn

- Forwarding urgent items via email, post

- Basic maintenance (other jobs can be quoted for on a per job basis)

- Signing for deliveries

- Wash and dry all bedding used during my Overnight Sit (may not include ironing)

- Handling and overseeing trades people and work persons at your property

- Preparing property and giving access to real estate agents, prospective Buyers, or Tenants

- Keeping unwanted relatives and visitors from entering your property

- Cost effective way to make sure your property in good order and secure

- No administration charges in addition to advertised fees
